You are also 5 mn by car of the city of Marigot (local market and beautiful shops duty-free) and less 15 mn of the Dutch side (Maho beach resort casinos, shopping and entertainments) and of the international airport Juliana. RATES: Starting from : 700 euros per week A deposite of 30% in order to book the apartment, the balance, 1 month minimum before your arrival at St Maarten; A 500 euro deposit will be claimed before the entry of the lessee in the apartment.
