Besides the astonishing sea sight which you have as soon as you enter in the apartment, you will be also delighted of the magnificent private swimming pool of 550sm of the residence and the 2 courts of tennis. The second studio, also in a new state, is situated in the 1st and last floor of a small secured paradisiac residential complex on Nettle Bay, on the Carribean sea side and not "lagoon", near Marigot, near its West Indian market and near its luxurious Mall Center. This studio also benefits from a direct access to a magnificent private beach with white sand, in a very quiet place and in the shade of coconut palms. The residence is 24 hours watched and includes 4 beautiful private swimming pools and 2 courts of tennis.
