Any supplementary overnight stay, beyond a week, will be charged in proportion to the price of the week.

Price lists include :

• Sheets and bathroom linens supplied for week
• Cleaning of the condo before your arrival and after your departure
• Baby's bed and highchair at your disposal

Price lists does not include :

• Tourist tax (mandatory) : 5%

Optional services in addition :

• The cleaning of the condo during the stay
• The change of sheets and\or linen during your stay

If you wish to book our studio, a payment of 25% of deposit of the totality of your stay will be asked you by French check or interbank transfer, the balance, at your arrival at Sint Maarten . A deposite will be claimed before the entry of the lessee in the apartment after having done a regular inventory of property. If no damage is noticed at the lessee’s departure, the deposit will be refund to the lessee. For any booking, go to the item "Contact" of our site and see you soon.
