Year arround; minimum rent one week. Any supplementary overnight stay, beyond a week, will be prorated charged to the price of the week. Reception customers until 7:00 PM maximum

Price lists include :

• Sheets and bathroom linens supplied for week for 2 persons
• Cleaning of the condo before your arrival and after your departure

Price lists does not include :

• Tourist tax (mandatory) : 5%
• For a stay of several weeks, unit will be cleaning each week with a change of sheets and linen for a rate of 50€

Optional services in addition :

• The cleaning of the condo during the stay
• The change of sheets and\or linen during your stay
• An extra fees, 35 € per person & per week, will be charge in case of a rent for more 2 persons
• If you want two separate beds, an 25 € fees will be charge per week

If you wish to book our studio, a payment of 25% of deposit of the totality of your stay will be asked you by wire transfer or Paypal, the balance, at your arrival at Sint Maarten . A deposite will be claimed before the entry of the lessee in the apartment after having done a regular inventory of property. If no damage is noticed at the lessee’s departure, the deposit will be refund to the lessee. For any booking, go to the item "Contact" of our site and see you soon.
