Year arround; minimum rent one week. Any supplementary overnight stay, beyond a week, will be prorated charged to the price of the week. Reception customers until 7:00 PM maximum

Price lists include :

• Sheets and bathroom linens supplied for week
• Cleaning of the condo before your arrival and after your departure
• Baby's bed and highchair at your disposal

Price lists does not include :

• Tourist tax (mandatory) : 5%

Optional services in addition :

• The cleaning of the condo during the stay
• The change of sheets and\or linen during your stay

If you wish to book our studio, a payment of 25% of deposit of the totality of your stay will be asked you by interbank transfer, french cheque or Paypal, the balance, at your arrival at Sint Maarten . A deposite will be claimed before the entry of the lessee in the apartment after having done a regular inventory of property. If no damage is noticed at the lessee’s departure, the deposit will be refund to the lessee.
