Situated on the Nettle Bay, caribbean side and not "lagoon", we propose you rentals on a weekly basis, a very beautiful studio for 4 persons, sight first sea lines, of 35 m2 and 15 m2 of the terrace, in the secured paradisiac residence, Nettle Bay Beach Club, with direct access to the sea and swimming pool, This residence is directly situated on a private beach, with white sand and tropical garden. Four private swimming pools and three tennis come to complete this paradisiac site.
Our studio for 4 persons consists of a corner lounge, flat TV screen 32", brandnew air conditioning maintained every 6 months,
of a big king size bed 2mx2m and two individual beds,
a brandnew bathroom

a very beautiful new and functional kitchen (patches vitreous ceramics, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine) and not a rudimentary kitchen or an original one!
A large terrace solarium of 15 m2 will welcome you during the breakfast or the dinner.
Nettle Bay Beach Club is a private&secured residence with access control.
Our studio is close to any conveniences, supermarket and shops (300 m), 5 restaurants (100 m), and of Marigot (3 km), French side capital. The beaches of a rare beauty of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within 5 minutes driving. Frequent local buses are available to go to Marigot. In 5mn of car to join the city of Marigot with its local market and its beautiful shops duty-free or in 15mn to reach the Dutch side. ( Maho beach resort casinos, shopping and entertainments).
